I recently stayed at a hotel in Nagoya and had a wonderful experience. The staff at Unizo were exceptional. They went above and beyond to take care of me when I wasn't feeling well. Their kindness and thoughtfulness exceeded my expectations. As a solo traveler, their care made me feel truly looked after. A special thank you to Kikuchi-san and her colleagues for their outstanding service. The hotel itself was also impressive. The breakfast was delicious and well-balanced, the rooms were clean, and the surrounding area had a variety of restaurants and bars to choose from. The location, just a few minutes' walk from Nagoya Station, was perfect for exploring the city. I was impressed with everything Unizo had to offer.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes. 😊

The breakfast and the shower room were definitely the best aspects of this hotel. The breakfast was well-balanced and tasty, perfect to start your day. the shower room was equipped with good quality body soup, shampoo, and conditioner, which were a great addition to the experience.
The room space was too small, and it was difficult to store a large suitcase. the air conditioner was a bit of a challenge to adjust during the night, and the Wi-Fi was inconsistent.
